REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Books Orders:
When purchased directly through The Proud Brown Company, LLC, all sales are final.
To ensure books are free of defects, all books go through a quality check before shipping and are secured in secure packaging to keep your order safe and in shape until it gets to you.
Due to COVID-19 safety precautions put in place, we value the safety of our team, partners, and customers. Therefore, we are limiting returns and exchanges as much as possible. However, we will review any and all requests carefully. Thank you for understanding.
For Special Exclusive Items (i.e. Blankets and Mugs):
Blanket and Mug Orders:
Blanket and mug orders that are placed through The Proud Brown Company, LLC are fulfilled and processed through a product supplier. As such, The Proud Brown Company’s return policy on these items have been adapted reflecting their Return Policy.
Return Policy for Special Exclusive Items (i.e. Blankets and Mugs) ONLY:
Because we collaborate with a product supplier to print and deliver the items from our store and each order placed is custom made for each customer after order is received, we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at theproudbrowncompany@gmail.com. How to report an issue with my order?
If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us via email theproudbrowncompany@gmail.com, within 7 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please include clear photos of the damaged item.
What happens after a report of an issue is submitted?
After sending your emailed request for refund or exchange, please allow 4 weeks for review. Once a decision is made, you will be contacted via email for next steps.
An evaluation will take place during the time of review to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or those that are damaged, on unused items.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on blanket and mug orders?
In partnership with our product suppliers, we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if it's determined that a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at theproudbrowncompany@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
CANCELING AND EDITING ORDERS
For All Products placed through The Proud Brown Company, LLC:
Once you have clicked on the "complete order" button, unfortunately, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email theproudbrowncompany@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

Please allow 1-3 days for processing.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays observed in the USA.
Blanket and Mug Orders placed through The Proud Brown Company, LLC:
It may take up to 2–7 business days to create and fulfill your blanket and mug order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Books ship in 2-8 days after processing via USPS Mail, local delivery, or other method specified at time of order.
Blanket and Mug Orders placed through The Proud Brown Company, LLC:
Due to COVID-19, our fulfillment times for blankets and mugs, especially, may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
If you accidentally provide a wrong address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
If a package is lost or stolen, please note that we ship with only the most reliable carriers worldwide. Once the package has left our warehouse or fulfillment centers, The Proud Brown Company, LLC cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages, but we want you to have the best possible experience with our company. We suggest that you check the immediate area; including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package.

We work with a product supplier who fufills and ships orders to you. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

If your order hasn't been received yet:
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check the Sipping Estimates section below.
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Ask your local post office or courier if they have your package.
Check and make sure the courier did not leave the package with a neighbor.

Special Exclusive Items placed through The Proud Brown Company, LLC:
Mugs ship in 6-9 business days after fulfillment.
Blankets ship in 8-11 business days after fulfillment.
BULK ORDERS
If you're interested in purchasing 20 books or more, please contact us by email theproudbrowncompany@gmail.com or Contact Us page. All bulk orders require a 20-book minimum of any title. Discounts will apply.
